Recently I bought a Moka Pot and since then I just can’t have enough of my coffee. This dessert come beverage caught my attention when I was binge reading an Italian cookbook and now...I am hooked to it. Chilled and creamy ice cream with a strong bitter shot of espresso....mmm...just slurp it off!!

Serves 1

1 shot of espresso
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Some shaved chocolate

In a glass or cup place the ice cream scoops.
Pour the hot espresso over them.
Top with some shaved chocolate.

Serve immediately.
