Homemade Mayonnaise with Mustard and Garlic

I never felt the urge to make my own mayonnaise because the necessity never aroused as such. And so it never came to mind to at least try and make this really simple condiment and spice it in my own way.

Homemade Mayonnaise is so fresh and so much bursting with flavour that I am never going back to the store bought jars anytime soon. Here is a simple recipe of that flavourful Mayonnaise in case you are wondering why I am blabbering over such a simple thing. But trust me and give it a shot. You just need a wire whisk (to ensure total control over your mayonnaise), good quality extra virgin olive oil and 10 minutes of your time. And that’s it. Thick, creamy and completely preservatives free mayonnaise right in your home.
