Blueberry Frozen Yogurt
When we are talking about
ice creams, frozen yogurt always needs a special mention. So after spending
literally weeks in the folder, I decided to publish this post on Blueberry
Frozen Yogurt. If you want it sugar free feel free to replace the condensed
milk with the honey, or any other sweetener of your choice.
Blueberry Frozen Yogurt
Serves 6
Ingredients:
2 cups of thick greek
yogurt (In case unavailability, hang your yogurt in a tied muslin cloth for a
day to get rid of its excess whey)
1 and ½ cup of fresh /
frozen blueberries
½ cup of condensed milk /
honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 and ½ tsp cinnamon
powder
Method:
Whisk the yogurt until you
have a smooth consistency.
Put the blueberries in a
blender and blend until smooth.
Add the pureed blueberries
to the whisked yogurt.
Add condensed milk,
cinnamon powder and vanilla extract.
Mix until everything is
well incorporated.
Pour this in a box and
close the lid tightly, before covering the surface of the yogurt mix with a
cling film.
Freeze for 6-8 hours or
overnight preferably.
