Gulkand Lassi / Dried Rose Petals Lassi
Gulkand or dried rose petals are edible and are used in making various drinks in India. Gulkand is one of the important ingredients of Thandai and you can also add gulkand in Birynai or Pulao for an added flavour. I added gulkand to my lassi and it turned out great.

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup of greek yogurt
¼ - ½ cup of chilled water
1 tbsp gulkand
1 tsp rose water
Some pistachios to garnish
Method:
In a blender put together the yogurt, gulkand, rose water and ¼ cup of water.
Blend until smooth.
If the lassi feels thick add a little more water and blend until frothy.
Pour in glasses and garnish with slivered pistachios.
Add some ice and serve immediately.
