Mango and Kiwi Ice Cream
I love eating fresh kiwis.
There is something in their tart taste that makes it a must whenever I make
fruit salads as well. So it was just a matter of time that I incorporate kiwi
in my ice creams as well.
But to make the ice cream
a total winner I added mango puree as well. Both of these tropical fruits make
this ice cream the real taste of this summer.
Mango and Kiwi Ice Cream
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 cups of heavy whipping
cream
1 cup of sweetened
condensed milk
4 kiwis – peeled and
pureed
½ of a ripe mango – pureed
Method:
Whip the whipping cream
until you have medium stiff peaks.
Add the sweetened condensed
milk and mix with a spatula.
Divide the mixture and mix
kiwi puree and mango puree separately in each of them.
Pour them together in a
container and swirl with a skewer.
Freeze overnight.
Serve with fresh chopped
kiwi or mangoes.
