Mango Sorbet
If ice cream is too unhealthy for you...then sorbets can
be your solace. But without ice cream machines...even making sorbets can be
quite stressful. Besides churning the sorbet base every 2 hours is not an easy
job. So instead of using sugar syrup, I use condensed milk in my sorbets to
give them its creamy consistency. Also do not skip the lime juice and salt.
Those necessary tangy and saltiness just brings out the best of the result.
I have not added chopped mangoes....but you can
definitely add them. They add a lot more fruity flavour to this dessert. A
healthy and creamy dessert with the king of fruits, packed with tropical
flavours. A little bit of fruity heaven in your home.
